1. Information on the collection of personal data

(1) Below we inform you about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data is any data that can be related to you personally, e.g. name, address, email addresses, user behavior.

(3) When you contact us by email or via a contact form, the data you provide (your email address, your name) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR on the basis of your freely given consent. We will delete the data collected in this context once storage is no longer necessary, or restrict processing if there are statutory retention obligations.
(4) If we use contracted service providers for individual functions of our service or wish to use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you in detail about the respective processes below. We will also specify the defined criteria for the storage period.

2. Your rights

We, the website operator/provider, collect data about website access based on our legitimate interest (see Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. GDPR) and store this data as "server log files" on the website's server. The following data is logged:

  • Visited website

  • Time of access

  • Amount of data sent in bytes

  • Source/referrer from which you accessed this page

  • Browser used

  • Operating system used

  • IP address used
    Server log files are stored for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. This data is stored for security reasons, for example, to investigate cases of misuse. If data needs to be retained as evidence, it will be excluded from deletion until the incident is fully resolved.

  • Right to rectification or erasure,

  • Right to restriction of processing,

  • Right to object to processing,

  • Right to data portability.

(2) You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority regarding our processing of your personal data.

3. Collection of personal data when visiting our website

(1) When you use our website for purely informational purposes, i.e., if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure its stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR):

  • IP address

  • Date and time of the request

  • Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)

  • Content of the request (specific page)

  • Access status/HTTP status code

  • each data volume transferred

  • Website from which the request originates

  • browser

  • Operating system and its interface

  • Language and version of the browser software.

(2) In addition to the data mentioned above, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive and assigned to the browser you are using. They allow the entity that sets the cookie (in this case, us) to receive certain information. Cookies cannot run programs or transmit viruses to your computer. They serve to make the overall internet experience more user-friendly and effective.
We do not use any tracking programs.

The lawfulness of the processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in processing personal data.

This is the case, in particular, if the processing is not necessary for the performance of a contract with you, which we will explain in the following description of the functions. When exercising such an objection, please state the reasons why we should not process your personal data as we have done. In the event of your justified objection, we will review the situation and either cease or adjust the data processing or demonstrate to you our compelling legitimate grounds for continuing the processing.

Eine Übermittlung Ihrer persönlichen Daten an Dritte zu anderen als den im Folgenden aufgeführten Zwecken findet nicht statt.
Wir geben Ihre persönlichen Daten nur an Dritte weiter, wenn:

  • Sie Ihre nach Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO ausdrückliche Einwilligung dazu erteilt haben,

  • für den Fall, dass für die Weitergabe nach Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. c DSGVO eine gesetzliche Verpflichtung besteht, sowie

dies gesetzlich zulässig und nach Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO für die Abwicklung von Vertragsverhältnissen mit Ihnen erforderlich ist.

6. Further functions and offers on our website

(1) Teilweise bedienen wir uns zur Verarbeitung Ihrer Daten externer Dienstleister. Diese wurde von uns sorgfältig ausgewählt und beauftragt, sind an unsere Weisungen gebunden und werden regelmäßig kontrolliert.
(2) Google Web Fonts
Diese Seite nutzt zur einheitlichen Darstellung von Schriftarten so genannte Web Fonts, die von Google bereitgestellt werden. Beim Aufruf einer Seite lädt Ihr Browser die benötigten Web Fonts in ihren Browsercache, um Texte und Schriftarten korrekt anzuzeigen. Die Fonts sind auf unserem Server eingebunden und werden von dort geladen. Eine Weitergabe von Daten an Google findet auf diesem Weg nicht statt.

7. Data security

Wir verwenden innerhalb des Website-Besuchs das verbreitete SSL-Verfahren (Secure Socket Layer) in Verbindung mit der jeweils höchsten Verschlüsselungsstufe, die von Ihrem Browser unterstützt wird. In der Regel handelt es sich dabei um eine 256 Bit Verschlüsselung. Falls Ihr Browser keine 256-Bit Verschlüsselung unterstützt, greifen wir stattdessen auf 128-Bit v3 Technologie zurück.
